ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department is looking for a third suspect accused of killing a woman during an auto burglary. Police say 48-year-old David Harrow is involved in the March 15 slaying of the woman.

According to APD, Joshua Dominguez and Destiny Marquez were inside their apartment when they heard a car alarm. When they looked outside, they saw a woman who police said was taking something from Dominguez’s car.

The two confronted the woman who refused to take anything. Dominguez and Marquez chased the woman, and police now believe Haro was also involved. Police say Marquez claimed the woman stabbed Dominguez, but surveillance video shows a Honda CRV pulling up next to the woman, someone chasing her and the man who punched her pushing her down. Police say the woman was kicked, stabbed multiple times and run over at least twice.

Detectives say they saw Marquez and Dominguez moving items from the CRV to another vehicle at another apartment complex. Marquez and Dominguez were arrested and charged with murder. Haro, who is Marquez’s father, is also charged with murder.
