ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE) – On Tuesday, the Albuquerque Isotopes unveiled their new concession items for the upcoming 2024 season. The new items will be available from Friday, March 29, opening night.
El Fuego (available on the Santa Fe Trail near Section 116)
This sandwich features a green chile and cheese bagel topped with tender beef brisket, cooked in a spicy herb Brazilian barbecue sauce. It’s topped with a layer of green chili mac n’ cheese. It also features crispy breaded jalapeño strips and pickled red onions.
Vegetarian Fusion Bowl (Noodle Cart near Section 108)
A veggie dish with plant-based pork protein, served on a bed of rice cooked in a mix of hoisin, ginger, soy sauce and crispy vegetables. The bowl is topped with fresh shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, sliced cucumber and fresh jalapeño. Kimchi and pickled onions and a creamy avocado drizzle.
Hawaiian Barbecue Turkey Leg (Available on Santa Fe Trail near Section 116)
Turkey legs are slowly smoked and generously dipped in a traditional Hawaiian barbecue sauce made with ketchup, pineapple, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and brown sugar.
Piggy Burger (Available at Batter’s Up near Section 108)
It’s a classic burger with a twist on Isotope’s previous tumbleweed burger. The burger is topped with sticky sweet pork that has been sweetened with maple syrup and brown sugar. The burger also has lettuce, onion, and tomato.
Pericos (Available at Black Angus near Section 119 and Perico Cart near Section 106)
Perico will be served at two locations to satisfy the New Mexican palate of customers.
Thundercup Sundaes (available at Bananas Foster near Section 101)
Sundaes start with your choice of six ice cream flavors (Cooked & Cream, Danish Vanilla Bean, 4 Chocolate Chocolate, Skagit Strawberry, Maple Bacon Whiskey, and Wicked White Russian), layered with chocolate or caramel drizzle. M&M’s, graham cracker crumbs, gummy bears, Oreo cookie crumbs, sprinkles or whipped cream.
Mister Softee Ice Cream (Available at Sweet Spot near Section 119)
Vanilla or chocolate soft-serve ice cream served in sugar cones or cups. Milkshakes with various infusions are also available.
Carving Station Dessert (Available next to Club Lounge Bar on 3rd floor)
Suite or Club level ticket holders are able to enjoy a rotating assortment of cakes, pies and other sweet creations.
