ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A train derailed in South Socorro early Tuesday morning. Crews are working to clear the derailment site.
KRQE News 13 spoke with a homeowner in the area of the derailment. The home owner said they heard a lot of loud screeching which is unusually loud for trains that usually pass by. No other details were available on what might have caused the derailment. This is a developing story, KRQE News 13 will update.
